Before making your reservation, we encourage all guests to review our campground policies. Understanding our guidelines ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone. These policies cover important topics such as site use, utilities, and general expectations to help maintain a safe, respectful, and well-functioning environment for all visitors.

Cumberland Falls RV Park Policies
Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Of course, we are all here to have a stress free and relaxing time. That being said please take a second to read the following basic guidelines for the park.
By choosing to stay here and accepting this agreement by physical signature or electronic signature you acknowledge that Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc. it’s affiliates, insurers and investors are not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred by any member in your party including your pets and your property. These include but are not limited to injuries sustained by slipping, tripping, sliding, falling, walking, driving, or hiking. Our park and it’s sites are located in the forest and there may uneven ground, tripping hazards, offensive insects, and wildlife (including mammals and reptiles) at any location in this area and by signing this agreement physically or electronically, you agree that you are entering this property at your own risk and you agree to not hold Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc, it’s affiliates, insurers, and investors liable for any perceived or actual injury to persons, pets and or property.

Guest Guidelines & Reservation Policies
Welcome to Cumberland Falls RV Resort!
Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, safe, peaceful, and relaxing experience. Please take a few moments to review our Guest Guidelines and Reservation Policies. By making a reservation, checking in, entering the property, or remaining on the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these policies.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a relaxing, family-friendly environment for everyone.

Reservations & Payments
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Standard Reservations
More than 14 Days Before Arrival
Guests may choose one of the following:
• Refund of the deposit, less a $39 cancellation fee plus applicable credit card processing fees.
OR
• A 100% reservation credit (less a $10 processing fee) valid for one year.

14 to 3 Days Before Arrival
• One-time reservation credit valid for one year.
• Reservations may be rescheduled one time only.
• Rescheduling does not restart the cancellation policy. Once a reservation has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable.

Within 3 Days of Arrival
No refunds or reservation credits will be issued.
No refunds or credits are given for early departures.

Holiday Reservations
Holiday reservations, including but not limited to Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day (Fourth of July) Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend, and Moonbow Weekends are subject to a separate cancellation policy.
Because these weekends are reserved well in advance and cannot typically be rebooked on short notice:
- Holiday reservations are non-refundable and non-reschedulable within 14 days of arrival.
- The standard cancellation and rescheduling policy does not apply to holiday reservations.
- Weather, road closures, personal emergencies, mechanical breakdowns, flooding, or other circumstances beyond the control of Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc. do not alter these policies.
To provide a fair and consistent experience for all guests, these policies are applied equally to every reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in begins at 2:30 PM.
- Early check-in (beginning at 12:30 PM) may be available for $19, subject to availability.
- Check-out is 11:30 AM.
- Late check-out until 1:30 PM may be available for $19, subject to availability.
- Guests remaining after checkout without prior approval may incur additional charges.
- If arriving after 8:00 PM, please contact the office at 606-400-1881 so arrangements can be made for your arrival.
- Please keep noise to a minimum when arriving late, as fellow campers may already be sleeping.

Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping voices, televisions, radios, and other electronic devices at respectful volumes.

Speed Limit
The speed limit throughout the resort is 5 MPH.
Please watch carefully for children, pedestrians, pets, bicycles, and golf carts.

Guests & Visitors
- Each campsite allows a maximum of 6 registered guests.
- One RV and one tow vehicle are permitted per site unless approved by management.
- All vehicles must display a valid resort vehicle pass.
- Additional vehicles are $7 per day and must register with the office and display parking pass.
- Visitor vehicles must leave the property by 9:00 PM no exceptions.
- Boat and trailer parking is available for $10 per day in the designated parking area behind the dog park.

Pet Policy
We love pets and welcome well-behaved dogs and cats.
To ensure everyone enjoys their stay:
- Pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet unless inside the designated dog park.
- Pets may never be left unattended outside.
- Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
- Pets may not be tethered to utilities, landscaping, picnic tables, or other resort fixtures.
- Ground anchors for tethering are available for purchase in the camp store.
- Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is not permitted and may result in removal from the property without refund.

Campsite Rules
The following are not permitted on RV sites:
- Camping tents
- Swimming pools
- Hot tubs
- Clotheslines
- Outdoor washing of RVs, vehicles, dishes, or equipment
- Outdoor rugs on grass or landscaped areas
Please place all garbage in the dumpsters located beside the dog park.
Do not leave food or beverages outside overnight, as we border both state and national park property and wildlife is common.
No grilling or cooking on picnic tables.
Glass containers are not permitted outside your campsite. Please use plastic containers whenever possible.
No fires are permitted outside designated fire rings.

Vehicle Rules
No repairs to vehicles or RVs may be performed on resort property without prior approval from management.
If approved, repairs must be completed only in the designated maintenance area.
Vehicles may not block roadways or park on landscaped areas.
Electric vehicle charging is available for $25 per vehicle per day.
Trails & Lake
Our private trails and lake are provided for the enjoyment of our registered guests. Please help us preserve these areas by following the rules below:
- Trails and the lake are closed daily after 9:00 PM or dusk whichever is earlier for guest safety.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while using the trails or visiting the lake.
- Swimming and wading are not permitted in the lake due to natural hazards, including snapping turtles and changing conditions.
- Please help us keep these beautiful areas clean by following our “Pack It In, Pack It Out” policy. Remove all personal belongings and trash when leaving.
- Do not cross any posted Private Property signs. These areas are privately owned and are not part of the resort.

Golf Cart Policy
We offer Golf cart rentals here at the Resort so please call us to reserved as we have limited supply and they go quickly!
Guests bringing privately owned golf carts are welcome with prior approval.
- A fee of $10 per day applies to privately owned golf carts.
- Proof of liability insurance is required and must be provided at check-in.
- All privately owned golf carts must be registered with the office before use.
- Drivers must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Golf carts must obey the posted 5 MPH speed limit throughout the resort.
- Golf carts may only be operated on designated resort roadways and approved golf cart trails.

Electric Scooters & Bicycles
For the safety of all guests:
Electric scooters, electric bicycles, pedestrians, and similar devices are not permitted on the designated Golf Cart Trail.

Firearms, Fireworks & Weapons
Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on resort property.
While we respect the constitutional rights of our guests, firearms and other weapons may not be displayed or discharged anywhere on resort property.
Any unlawful use of a firearm or weapon will result in immediate removal from the property and may be reported to law enforcement.

Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, dial 911 immediately and provide your campsite number.
For after-hours utility issues or other campground emergencies, contact campground management.
Please do not attempt to repair campground utilities or equipment yourself.

Winter Operations
The restroom and shower facility will be winterized upon the first forecasted hard freeze and will reopen in the spring after the danger of freezing temperatures has passed.
All RV's staying with us after the first risk of hard freeze will be asked to fill their water tanks and unhook from spigot to ensure no freeze damage.

Damage to Resort Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, members of their party, pets, or visitors.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the credit card on file.

Resort Amenities & Assumption of Risk
Guests use all resort amenities—including but not limited to the lake, trails, pavilions, pickleball court, horseshoes, cornhole, playground areas, roads, walkways, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, fire rings, docks, restroom facilities, and all other recreational areas—at their own risk.
Outdoor recreation involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, changing weather conditions, water hazards, falling limbs, rocks and other natural conditions.
Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc. is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property or for injuries arising from the ordinary risks associated with outdoor recreation, except where liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
Guests are responsible for supervising their children and pets at all times.

Resort Conduct
To help ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful stay:
- Loud, disruptive, abusive, or offensive behavior is not permitted.
- Vendor sales or commercial activities may not be conducted on resort property without written approval.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a stay, or remove any guest from the property without refund for violations of these policies or behavior that threatens the safety, property, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests.

Agreement to Resort Policies
By making a reservation, checking in, entering the property, or remaining on the premises, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Guest Guidelines and Reservation Policies.
These Guest Guidelines and all reservations made with Cumberland Falls RV Resort constitute an agreement between the guest and Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc.
These policies shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to a reservation or stay at Cumberland Falls RV Resort shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in McCreary County, Kentucky, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
