Before making your reservation, we encourage all guests to review our campground policies. Understanding our guidelines ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone. These policies cover important topics such as site use, utilities, and general expectations to help maintain a safe, respectful, and well-functioning environment for all visitors.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Of course, we are all here to have a stress free and relaxing time. That being said please take a second to read the following basic guidelines for the park.


By choosing to stay here and accepting this agreement by physical signature or electronic signature you acknowledge that Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc. it’s affiliates, insurers and investors are not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred by any member in your party including your pets and your property. These include but are not limited to injuries sustained by slipping, tripping, sliding, falling, walking, driving, or hiking. Our park and it’s sites are located in the forest and there may uneven ground, tripping hazards, offensive insects, and wildlife (including mammals and reptiles) at any location in this area and by signing this agreement physically or electronically, you agree that you are entering this property at your own risk and you agree to not hold Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc, it’s affiliates, insurers, and investors liable for any perceived or actual injury to persons, pets and or property.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Of course, we are all here to have a stress free and relaxing time. That being said please take a second to read and agree to

the following basic guidelines for the park..

 

Please note: 

1)Check in is after 2:30PM and all guests must register with the main office upon arrival. Arrivals prior to 2:00PM are welcome with a $19 early check-in fee and the earliest check-in is 12:30pm. The front gate will be closed after 9:00PM or dusk whichever is earlier. If you will be arriving later than 8:00PM please call or message us at 606-400-1881 and we will be glad to leave open the gate and leave your paperwork at the main office door with a map to your site or arrange to meet you. If you are arriving late please be respectful that other guests may be sleeping. Late Checkout is $19 and is valid until 1:30PM. Any guests checking out after 11:30 will be automatically charged, thank you for understanding.

2) Quiet Hours are 10PM to 7AM 

3) Garbage must be placed in dumpsters and never left outside. Dumpster is located to the far right of the dog park.

4) No loud, obnoxious or offensive behavior is allowed.

5) Dogs must always be kept on a leash and accompanied when outside the trailer or car. The leash cannot be longer than 6ft. Dogs can be off leash in the dog park.

Owners are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all animal waste

No tethering or tying leashes to any utilities, landscaping or tables. There are tethering anchors available for purchase in the camp store if you need them.

Aggressive, nuisance or barking dogs can not be tolerated for the sake of our other guests.

6) No structures allowed to be erected on any RV sites grass area. No Camping tents allowed, sorry for any inconvenience. No type of pools or hot tubs are allowed. 

7)Campground speed limit is 5MPH please be mindful of children and animals.

8) A maximum of 6 guests are allowed on any rented site. Extra guests may visit during open hours of the park but must register at the office and pay the additional guest fees of $7 per person.

9) Sewer connections must be made using a secure, leak-proof adapter.

10) No food or drinks should be left outside overnight, we border 2 state & national parks and we do not want to invite any unwanted wildlife into the park.

11) No repairs on any vehicles or trailers will occur on the premises unless prior approved by management. If repairs are authorized the vehicle will need to be moved to a different area of the property for said repairs.

12) Please keep radios, TVs, and other electrical equipment at a low enough volume to avoid disturbing neighbors.

13) No generators allowed.

14) Maximum of one RV and one tow car allowed per site, unless otherwise discussed. All Vehicles must have a window pass. Any additional vehicles need to register at the office and at the additional fee of $7 per vehicle per day. Additional vehicles must be off the premises by 9:00PM. No overnight stays are allowed. Boat and trailer parking fees are $10 per day and parking for boats/trailers will be located in an area behind the dog park.

15) No vehicles can be parked in the shared roadways or on any landscaping.

16) Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

17) No vendor activities can be conducted at any time on the premises.

18) If you have an emergency while in the park, call 911 and give your site number.

19) For after-hours utility issues, contact campground management. Please Do NOT attempt to work on it yourselves.

20) No grilling or hot stoves allowed on picnic tables.

21) No glass allowed outside of your campsite, please use plastic.

22) No clothes lines allowed.

23) No washing anything outside including trailers, cars, dishes etc.

24) No fireworks, firearms, or weapons of any sort may be displayed in the park. While we respect and defend our 2nd amendment rights we simply ask that you don’t exercise them on the premises.

25) Do not pass posted private property signs as you would be entering private property and there amy be guard dogs.

26) Please remove any items brought with you on any trails or to the lake areas. Please Pack it in and pack it out.

26) Outdoor rugs are not allowed on the lawn or landscaped areas of the park.

27) No swimming or wading in the lake, there are snapping turtles known to be in the area.

28) No fires outside of the fire rings

29) Utilizing any of the properties amenities, including pavilions, pickle ball court, horseshoes, corn hole, shower facilities, trails, picnic tables, chairs, fire rings, walkways, roadways, trails etc. is done so acknowledging that you do so at your own risk. Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to your property or injuries incurred to any persons or animals.

30) Any damage incurred to any of the campground facilities will be charged to the responsible registered renter’s credit card.

31) Restrooms will be winterized at first forecasted freeze and reopen again in the Spring after danger of freeze has passed

31)Cancellation Policy for each site reserved:

14 to 3 days before your stay; there is a 100% credit of deposit paid (minus a $10 processing fee) to a future stay within one year (holiday weekends or within 3 days of a holiday excluded) We can reschedule 1 time.

Over 14 days before your stay = a refund of deposit paid minus a $39 fee + cc processing fee, OR a 100% credit of all monies paid to a future stay (minus a $10 processing fee) within one year and we can reschedule 1 time. ***Rescheduling does not reset the refund policy, after 1 time rescheduling the reservation becomes Non refundable***

No refunds or credits for early departure.

No credits for day before or same day cancellations due to weather or any other reason. Thank you for understanding.

On specific holidays including but not limited to  Memorial Day, Labor Day and 4th of July there are No credits or cancellations within 14 days of your reservation beginning. 

32)Trails and lake cannot be used anytime after 8PM for your safety.

33)Children under 16 are not allowed on trails or on the lake unless accompanied by an adult.

34)No one under the age of 18 is allowed to drive a golf cart on the premises and that includes the trail to and from the lake. All drivers must be licensed.

35) Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in McCreary County, Kentucky

36) Golf carts brought onto the premises must have valid insurance in the guest's name and have proper paperwork filled out and filed in the office. privately owned golf carts are a charge of $10 per day for each day of your stay.

37) Electric vehicle charging is allowed at $25 a day per vehicle.
