Preparation is the Key to a Perfect Stay

Before making your reservation, we encourage all guests to review our campground policies. Understanding our guidelines ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone. These policies cover important topics such as site use, utilities, and general expectations to help maintain a safe, respectful, and well-functioning environment for all visitors.

Cumberland Falls RV Park Policies

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Of course, we are all here to have a stress free and relaxing time. That being said please take a second to read the following basic guidelines for the park.


By choosing to stay here and accepting this agreement by physical signature or electronic signature you acknowledge that Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc. it’s affiliates, insurers and investors are not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred by any member in your party including your pets and your property. These include but are not limited to injuries sustained by slipping, tripping, sliding, falling, walking, driving, or hiking. Our park and it’s sites are located in the forest and there may uneven ground, tripping hazards, offensive insects, and wildlife (including mammals and reptiles) at any location in this area and by signing this agreement physically or electronically, you agree that you are entering this property at your own risk and you agree to not hold Cumberland Falls RV Park, Inc, it’s affiliates, insurers, and investors liable for any perceived or actual injury to persons, pets and or property.

1)Check in is 2:30PM to 9:30PM and all guests must register with the main office upon arrival. The gates will be closed after 9:30PM. If you will be running later than 9:30 please message 606-400-1881 and we will be glad to arrange a time to meet your party.



2) Quiet Hours are 10PM to 7AM


3) Garbage must be placed in dumpster provided and never left outside, we are close to a national forest and do not want to attract unwanted wildlife.


4) No loud, obnoxious or offensive behavior is allowed.


5) Dogs must always be kept on a leash and accompanied when outside the trailer or car.

The leash cannot be longer than 6ft.

Owners are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all animal waste.

No tethering or tying leashes to any utilities, landscaping or tables.

There are tethering anchors available for purchase in the camp store if you need them.

Aggressive or barking dogs will not allowed on the property. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds offered if your animal exhibits aggressive or offensive behaviors. If their behavior is in question please keep them inside your trailer.


6) No tents or other structures allowed to be erected on any RV site. No wading pools are allowed.


7)Campground speed limit is 5MPH please be mindful of children and animals.


8) A maximum of 6 guests are allowed on any rented site, outside guests are not allowed without management approval.


9) Sewer connections must be made using a secure, leak-proof adapter.


10) No food or drinks can be left outside overnight. Again a reminder we are bordering a National Park with wildlife we don’t want to attract that can be brought in by unattended food and drinks.


11) No repairs on any vehicles or trailers will occur on the premises unless prior approved by management.


12) Keep radios, TVs, and other electrical equipment at a low enough volume to avoid disturbing neighbors.


13) No generators allowed.


14) One vehicle and one RV allowed per site. No visiting vehicles allowed unless a paid parking/ visiting pass is obtained at the office.


15) No vehicles can be parked in the shared roadways or on any landscaping.


16) Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.


17) No vendor activities can be conducted at any time on the premises.


18) If you have an emergency while in the park, call 911 and give your site number.


19) For after-hours utility issues, contact campground management. Do NOT work on it yourselves.


20) No grilling or hot stoves allowed on picnic tables.


21) No glass allowed outside of your campsite, please use plastic.


22) No clothes lines allowed.


23) No washing anything outside including trailers, cars, dishes etc.


24) No fireworks, firearms, or weapons of any sort may be displayed in the park. We respect your 2nd amendment rights we just ask that you don’t exercise them on the premises.


25) Do not pass any posted private property and no trespassing signs. If you pass those signs or leave a posted trial you will be leaving the park and possibly entering private property which is not advised in any way and if you do so you do it at your own risk.


26) Please remove any items brought with you to any hiking or lake areas. Please Pack it in and pack it out.


26) Outdoor rugs are not allowed on the lawn or landscaped areas of the park.


27) No swimming wading or fishing in the lake, there may be snapping turtles and other hazards under the water.


28) No fires outside of the fire rings.


29) Utilizing any of the properties amenities, including pavilions, pickle ball court, horseshoes, corn hole, laundry room (coming soon), shower facilities, trails, picnic tables, chairs, fire rings, walkways, roadways, forests is done so acknowledging that you do so at your own risk, Cumberland Falls RV Park is not responsible for any damage to your property or injuries incurred to any persons or animals.


30) Any damage incurred to any of the campground facilities will be charged to the responsible registered renter’s credit card.


31)Office hours are 10-5 Daily (closed from 12:30 -1:30PM for lunch) If you need assistance and we are away for the office please call 606-400-1881.


32)Water pressure can fluctuate. We accept no responsibility for these fluctuations. Word of precaution- use a water pressure regulator.


33)Electrical power can also fluctuate. We accept no responsibility for fluctuations. Again a work of precaution Use a power surge protector.

34)Children must be accompanied by an adult at times when outside.


35)Trees are for landscaping and are growing. They are not for tethering, hanging lanterns or lights on, tying clothes lines, or hanging wet clothes on.


36)Checkout is 11AM.
