Known for their powerful 68-foot drop and wide cascade, they’re also famous for the rare moonbow—visible only during clear nights with a full moon. It’s an easy trip from your campsite and a highlight for anyone visiting the Corbin area.

If you’re traveling with kids or just want to cool off, SomerSplash Waterpark in Somerset is about 30 miles from Cumberland Falls RV Resort. It features water slides, a lazy river, a wave pool, and a separate play area for little ones. Approximately 15 miles south of Cumberland Falls RV Resort, near Whitley City, the Yahoo Falls Trail leads to Kentucky's tallest waterfall at 113 feet. The 1.2-mile loop offers a moderate hike with some steep sections and stairs. An optional spur trail extends to the impressive Yahoo Arch, a natural sandstone formation. The trail follows Dog Slaughter Creek through dense forest and is considered moderately challenging due to uneven terrain.
